If my dad was still alive he'd be 88 today. Well I mean alive on earth. His everlasting indestructible human spirit is alive. So he is 88 today. We just can't talk to and see him. And people who talk to the dead are talking to devils. Those who say we come back as a cow are listening to devils. Hal Lindsey wrote a book a long time ago called "The Devil is alive and well on planet earth." The title was supposed to point out the fact that we have an enemy. My dad is not coming back as a cow. He is where he is and he is who he is for the rest of eternity. He's in God's hands now. I can't do anything to change that. It's too late to raise him from the dead or is it? Did you notice in the bible that people who came back from the dead were usually only dead around 3 days? I mean if it's 3 minutes and someone's heart stops beating it's still a miracle. But when Jesus was crucified "Tombs were opened, and many bodies of saints who had fallen asleep were raised to life. Those who came out of the tombs went into the holy city after Jesus’ resurrection and appeared to many people." Now these people had been dead for a while. No one had to open the tomb because angels opened the tombs. It's then very possible that the same thing could happen again. My dad was cremated but if God can raise the long dead bodies of those saints and crack open their tombs, then anything is possible with God. Now these people who were raised up, died again. They weren't raised on the 3rd day as Jesus was raised with an immortal body. No they were raised as a witness along with the earthquake, and the sun becoming dark, that Jesus was the son of God. We are no longer told what happened to all these saints, but we know that at some point they fell back asleep again. Only Jesus is immortal, until that great day of the Lord appears, when finally on that day, that hour, that moment death shall be destroyed and our bodies shall be transformed into a body just like his immortal body. So my dad is asleep. Now those alive after the battle of Armageddon will produce people just like Adam and Eve did, and not until satan is loosed one more time after the millennium will the entire history of mankind be complete. At that time prior to the end of this earth and the appearance of the new heaven and earth, there will be one more resurrection and one more judgment. God holds the completeness of the end of this universe in His plan and some is yet to be revealed to man. It will only be wrapped up according to his purpose and we need not understand it all to believe He will finally resurrect all the righteous to enter his kingdom and all the wicked will be cast into outer darkness forever. What joy for the righteous! What dread for the wicked! In light of eternity doesn't so much of what we concern ourselves with on this planet seem vain and useless? All the so-called wisdom of man is vain foolishness in God's eyes. Who cares about dinosaurs and crystals and aliens and evolution and reincarnation and all the filth that fills man's minds and hearts to distract them from coming to Jesus and letting him wash their sins away in his blood? One day all this filth will be vaporized and never trouble a soul ever again. Come quickly Lord Jesus and let every day become Christmas, pure and simple. The gift of God's love for the earth covering all. The rest will go in the garbage.
