It is a Wednesday. I forget where we supposedly got the names of the days of the week. Somewhere in Rome I think. Of Latin origin, correct? God made the heavens on a zero day. Remember? It says he formed the universe and it was without organization. So finally he said “let there be light” and there suddenly magically amazingly light appeared. That was Sunday. We recognize Sunday as the very first day of the week. When the Holy Spirit spoke, through the mighty angels, through the cloud and fire that appeared on Mount Sion, through the thunder and lightening, Moses managed to record the words he heard. And the evening and the morning were the first day. And there was light. God created it all and he divided the times and seasons into days and weeks and months and years. And we have further divided the days into hours, minutes, and seconds. I read somewhere in a Superman comic book many years ago when I was but a wee lad that the human eye can only see movement up to 1/24^th of a second. If something moves faster than that you can't detect it. So they started flashing brief glimpses of popcorn on the movie screens at the drive ins so you would subconsciously get hungry for buttery, mouthwatering popcorn cooked in peanut oil. But Superman could move faster than the speed of light so he could actually appear to be in 2 places at once. I remember the comic book. You could see two of him and maybe what the comic was portraying (it is difficult to remember because it was a very long time ago if you measure time in years) is that he could appear as Clark Kent and Superman all at the same time in the same place so no one could guess his secret identity as Superman. Well, that's pretty fast. I remember experiencing something along the lines of subliminal messaging in movies when VHS came out. Scenes that flashed momentarily I would attempt to freeze in the video tape player. I remember catching a scene like that in a movie. And in the movie maker's diseased mind a scene of a blood covered and blood spattered man appeared for just a second. Gross right? Ok. So let's take God. If he created light and he did, then surely he's more powerful than light. He can move faster than light, he can move faster than Superman, so basically this can be one explanation as to why He's invisible to the human eye. God to me is a spirit. I say that not only because the bible says that, but because that's how he communicates to me. By the spirit. I can't see him or hear him, but I can see him and hear him inside me, in my invisible spirit which is the force, the energy that keeps my heart pumping and my body alive. God is pure energy. That's how I envision him. Pure constant all powerful indescribable energy. Life. The life force of all creation. Greater than the sun, the moon, gravity, electricity, light, heat, fire, sound, strength, and anything else that we know of. And greater than anything we don't know of. He is the ALL mighty God. So take it and run with it and let him be God and forget about trying to run your own show, because if it doesn't line up with God's plan, you're going to find out you wasted your entire life on vanity and regret. God is invisible to the human eye but that doesn't mean he's not there. It just means you can't see him. Can you see “love” or “hate” or “fear” or “anger”? But they're real aren't they? They really have effects in the real world don't they? So slow down and listen and incline your ear and let the invisible sound waves of God's word sink down into your heart. There's still time left. We still have time. I know TPTB are trying to speed up everything so we don't have time to be still and listen. I know the cellphones are a mind altering brainwashing device that allow us to entertain ourselves nonstop to the point that our brain loses itself in cyberspace and we lose our souls to MTV and advertising and propaganda and so called information which we feel is vitally important to our existence when in reality it's all useless, valueless noise. Go plant a seed. Watch it grow. Allow God to plant his word in your spirit and become one with him. Don't turn back and don't let go. Seek God and you will find him. I try to talk to God whenever I have the chance. I know the pull of the electronic world is strong. It's very powerful and alluring. It makes my flesh comfortable. But sometimes I just need to shut down and shut it off and listen. I hope I'm able to listen more. I hope I can resist the pull of the electrons whirling through space and across time and the lines of juice that carries itself to my home and my devices. Someday, one day this will fail us. And then what will you do? Where will you go? Who will you turn to? All TPTB have to do is flip a switch and you're dead in the water. A big target. And they want you for the meat grinder and their soylent green. Just don't put your hope in man and if you take the time now to know God, he'll see you through anything and everything that evil men can conceive of to kill us and harm us and hurt us. Fear not those who kill the body or destroy lives, but fear him who controls your eternity in the life after this one. Get to know him and find peace for your soul and rest for your mind and growth and health for your body. Actually, speed kills, movement kills. Because time keeps moving and we can't slow it down. While we move through this time we seek for thrills. Once we become pure energy like God, we'll be moving fast as light and the thrills will never stop. That's groovy baby! Get right and become pure light!
