May 21 2026 More Than Conquerors
"The
Kingdom of Christ, being spiritual, is stronger than any physical,
material power, and thus it has the capacity to conquer the
world. The Kingdom of God is, has always been, and always will
be greater than any power known to man. Jesus demonstrated this
power while he lived with us on earth and when he left, he commanded
us to continue doing the same works he had done.
The task of all believers is to establish the Kingdom of God in the earth today, so the reality of his Kingdom may be seen by all. Because the Kingdom of God is invisible and is present only in the hearts of those who believe in Christ, then how shall we show this Kingdom to the world? By trusting in God's word that's how. If there is one thing Jesus has shown us by his example, if we have learned anything from his life at all, it is that we can completely trust in God's word. God's word can be trusted! If we know nothing else, this alone will be enough to make us victorious in every situation, both now and forever. God can do what his word says he can do, and he is what his word says he is, and God requires us to trust his word, if we are to fulfill our mission of proclaiming the Kingdom of God to the world." -- excerpt from my book Kingdom Reality

My Bible reading today was Psalm 44 "Yet for your sake we are killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered." Romans references this Psalm saying "No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." So when life turns tough and seems sour it's when the devil is turning up the heat, then we must rest in the Lord. Our faith is being tested daily while we walk this planet. Is anyone yet Perfect? Have I seen the face of our Lord? Have you? What can we do but walk by faith? Meaning, that whatever happens we will not lose our faith in Jesus' goodness and love. It's love we crave. It's love we need. When I wake up each morning I need a refilling of God's love. I don't want to get out of bed and face another day if I have to do it on my own. I want God's help in everything I do each minute of the day and that's how I get through my days here on earth. It's not going to last forever. All things on this earth will fade away and be demolished and forever be no more. All things. Even the president. Even the ants. Even the cockroaches. Everything gone. All gone. No more. So take yourself to the Lord each day and trust that your Creator has already seen everything you will face today and tomorrow and the next day and so on, and don't be afraid, and don't worry. Every single thing will be all right. If only you trust in Jesus.
